View Full Version : A Vacation workout plan...

So, I'm going to be traveling to Europe for about 3 weeks, in the meantime I'm trying to stay fit. I've lost about 45-50 pounds over the last 6 months training judo again after several set-back injuries. Last month I've been working on adding mass and strength as well as getting my flexibility back. I want to keep at it while I'm over there enjoying myself but I figured that's very unlikely to happen. So, wanted to know if you guys have any good hotel/park workouts to recommend. One thing so far that I'm definitely going to be doing is the sprint workout. Thanksizzle!

Look up bodyweight workouts. Mens health has a decent write up on it. You can also check out rosstraining.com as well as crossfit.com

There is another one out there that does that which I can't remember.

Basically burpee's, bodyweight squats, pushups, pull ups, dips etc...
