Nice choices guys, i'd have to say Forrest and Bonnar was probably the most exciting fight i've seen, considering what was on the line, it's kinda sad to hear about Bonnars steroid admission, although from day 1 Forrest was my man, I pulled for him the whole way. It is nice to see Bonnar admit it and show actual remorse. I agree with everyones choices for best fight, i'd love to see Tank Cabbage 1 cuz i was a huge Tank fan, he got me interested in UFC. Not that he was much of an MMA expert but he had brut strenght and he was reckless.

bonar and griffen 1 was an amazing fight.

i also liked George st. pierre vs. frank trigg. it didn't last long but it showed GSP's skills very well(as well as any of his other fights)

fedor and nogueira 1 was probably the best fights i've seen in recent years, also Frye and Takayama (pride21) was the most undelievable display of punching i've ever seen
Another good fight from 11 years ago Mario Sperry and Igor Zinoviev.
Oh, one more, Nogueira vs Henderson, a classic.

I could go on, but fedor nog1 my fav.

A couple spring to mind right away. Bonnar/Griffith 1 (thank goodness the comeback snoozefest wasnt Season 1)

and even though im not a Matt Hughes fan, his match against Frank Trigg impressed the shit out of me. Trigg had him in a rear naked choke, climbed his back, and MH fought it off and came back with enuff jam for a hughes slamm and eventual victory. Hafta give the man respect.

Couture-Liddell 1 is the best ever - Couture, after losing as a heavyweight, moves down in weight to fight for the open light-heavyweight title. Great match!

Same two fights I first thought of. The GSP/Trigg fight was highly entertaining considering it was completely one-sided. Plus it was Frank Trigg on the receiving end, who doesn't love seeing that?

That fight really wasn't that great. It was just Frank letting Tito wear himself out and then jumping on him in the later rounds after he was gassed.

I have to include Bonnar vs Griffin 1. How could anybody not love that fight? A few others are Liddel vs. Randleman, Liddell vs White, Tito vs Belfort, Sanchez vs Parizyan (sry if i mispelled), Penn vs Pulver was pretty bad ass too.

Frank Edgar vs Tyson Griffin was a very good fight one of the best Ive seen ever. A very fast pace chess match on the ground. Can easily compare to Forest vs Stephen 1. The winner Frank Edgar unanimous decision.

Agreed, after following TKO for quite some time, I was proud in a sense that he was showing the UFC followers that he was the real deal

watch the fight. it was exciting because it was action-packed and non-stop. a slug fest is when people duck their heads and swing blindly and wildly. this fight was not that, it was one of the greatest fights ever because both men kept composure, threw intelligently, always kept their wits about them and their hands up, had great movement - the aesthetics of this alone made it epic. Two warriors. But the greatest part of this fight was the heart - the courage, determination, and diligence of two men going toe-to-toe for fifteen minutes. Every punch, every strike, every movement was imbued with wonder, justice, and heart. A legendary fight.

How about Mark Kerr vs the Polar Bear Paul Varleans.
This was one of the most violent fights I have ever seen.
Can anyone think of anyone less skilled in MMA than the Polar Bear??
