streching can be very good for bjj practicioners, it would be awesoem to have the flexability of bj penn and plop them subs on like nothings, iv been noticing that in certain positions i can not get a sub or having a very hard tiem and by that time they r alreay aware of what im trying to do, can u please help me with some very good streching exercises

I recommend Eddie Bravo's Mastering The Rubber Guard book. It has some jj specific stretches all the way from basic to extremely advanced, and is also an awesome ground game for mma.

thanks iv been looking to get one of his books, he has 3 out now, mastering the rubbergaurd, mastering the twister and jui jitsu unleashed, which one should i get?

I haven't seen the Twister book, but rubberguard is better than unleashed - it has more detail and colour pictures.
