Here's the all-time boxing beast:
Speed- Roy Jones Jr. (I've never seen anyone as fast as him)

KO Power- Julian Jackson (just check youtube, he is THE hardest P4P puncher I've ever seen)

Chin- Marvin Hagler (knocked down only once, and even that was debatable)

Body punching- Julio Cesar Chavez (the finest body puncher I've ever seen)

Defensive ability- Willie Pep (when you win a round without throwing a single punch, you are a supreme defensive wizard, and probably not human).

Ring generalship- Pernell Whitaker (he could lead anyone at any weight into doing exactly what he wanted them to do)

Stamina- Muhammad Ali (the man never got tired, even when getting viciously attacked to the body by the likes of Frazier and Foreman)

Pure technical ability- Floyd Mayweather Jr. (begrudgingly, I have to acknowledge that there's practically no aspect of the science that he doesn't already know how to do)

Heart- Matthew Saad Muhammad (another relatively obscure fighter, but this guy literally got his ass kicked in every fight he was with guys at his level or higher and typically found a way to win every time. They didn't call him Miracle Matthew for nothing)

Pure moneymaking ability- Oscar de la Hoya (when you're able to make more money than the likes of Holyfield or Tyson, and not be a heavyweight, that says something. There was hardly a big fight that he didn't like)

Crossover appeal- Roberto Duran (in this, I mean the ability to be revered not just in one's own country but all over the U.S. and the rest of the world. It's much harder to do this when you're not American, but Duran did it)

Left hook- Joe Frazier
Right cross- Tommy Hearns
Uppercut- Mike Tyson
Jab- Larry Holmes

ok i got most of what i need, chin, brain, and toe or feet (for footwork) oh and whos strare or intense look

The Man In Black 01-02-2008 12:30 AM

i think hagler was the meanest looking dude ive ever seen so maybe his stare. and if your making a boxer you have to have something to do with joe louis in there... just saying

jcmichaels42 01-02-2008 07:13 AM

Meanest stare/Intimidation factor - Has to go to Mike Tyson. This guy had fighters shitting in their pants before he even got into the ring. And then once he actually got in the ring they were scared to death.

And for Body punches I'll add in Mickey Ward only because I've seen him bust up a few guys insides with his vicious body punches.

Oh and the reach of Lennox Lewis...

Flash: Camacho
Fertility: Holyfield
Ring Entrance: Prince Naseem Hamed
Jab: Holmes is the best choice
Hand Speed: Meldrick Taylor (I dare someone to debate it)
Smoothness: Michael Nunn
Most Talent Cut Short/Sad Story: Gerald McClellan (Even Roy Jones Admits it)
