I'm inclined to say Wladimir Klitschko. He beat Chris Byrd pretty convincingly for the title and he also beat Sam Peter. If I'm not mistaken, I think he also beat Hasim Rahman, but I'm not sure about that one. He has the most credibility out of any of the current HW titleholders.
