Roy Jones Jr. - Dogfighting/"I let my dogs fight,"
 

I'm surprised something hadn't been posted about this. Considering how much heat Vick took over his involvement in dogfighting, read this article: NY Daily News

You know, I saw Roy Jones Jr. on Friday Night Fights last week. I'm an athiest so his constantly bringing up God was...Well, it was what it was, so that's neither here nor there. I'm no preacher, so to each his own - Whatever.

But, officially, fuck you RJJ - I'm glad you're a has been. So much for being a god fearing man or wherever the hell his beliefs fall under that make him think this kind of shit is ok. If you read the article, he says he doesn't let them fight to the death because he can't take that. Just 5, 10, 15 minutes of what I'm sure Jesus would let slide.

Fuck RJJ and anyone else who thinks that pitting dogs against each other for monitary gain is OKAY. if i could, again, if i could i'd fucking KO both vick and RJJ.

I remember watching some shit on tv and he was saying how his dad used to make him watch cock fights to the death. So dont expect much out of his ugly ignorant ass.

Wow i didn't know he was involved liked that in animal fighting. Letting his dogs fight for 5 min is just as bad if they did kill each other.

I am not seeing the problem here, he lets his dogs fight.. wow, what a bad person.. he doesnt kill the dogs, there not fighting for money, there not fighting to the death.. there play fighting.. whats the big fuckin deal?

I like Roy as a Boxer but after this i don't really care for him as a person. I don't like dog fighting.

Play fighting...I sincerely doubt Roy was talking about little Tinkerbell and Rover tossing around the kitchen while he bakes pies and shit. The guy cockfights for fucks sake, hah. I think we all know what he means by I let my dogs fight, but not to the death 'cause I can't take that.

I wish people who think dogfighting is OK came outright and said it. Hell, I think people who believe dogfighting is wrong but are ok with hunting are being hypocritical, but whatever. I'm not going to go into a whole dogfighting discussion thread, :deadhorse:.

I believe dog fighting is wrong in the way that Vick did it, in the way that most people do it where they bet money, breed dogs for dog fighting, kill dogs.. but having two pets and allowing them to fight? I guess there isnt enough information in that article for me to believe that is wrong

I hate the fact that RJJ fights roosters though.. not a fan of hunting, rooster fighting, or dog fighting.. anything that involves animals getting killed or even hurt

but like I said that article isnt giving enough info.. it is plausible that the dogs are fighting without getting hurt... it doesnt say enough.. its all accusations too.

I am certain you dont eat any kind of meat, wear any sort of leather, or use any products whatsoever that an animal has been killed to make......or are you the hypocrite?
