When will Lesner fight in K-1?

I read a month ago that he might be in the Oct 9th show if I'm correct, but I have not heard or read anything since. Does anyone have any information? Brock Lenser should be an great addition to the MMA world, and his first fight should be a great event.

Might not be Oct 9th, but the event was in Oct at some point.

Yeah he supposed to be fighting in October. But it will be for K-1 HERO's. Not regular K-1. Not sure if you are familiar with K-1 HERO's, but they are
K-1's MMA organization. It will be interesting to see who they match him up with.

Yep, Ive looked into Hero's a bit. I don't get too much of a chance to see much K-1. I'm hoping that the Lesner fight will be available on PPV on Bell. Well, Lesner will want to start with a lesser talent in his first fight out. Lsener had good/great wrestling, but I don't know what kind of stand up he has. He has a chance to be great if he takes his time to learn.

I heard he had trained with The miletich and Gracie camps. Pat reportedly said he was a good striker before he left the camp to train with the gracies.

i hope they don't pair him off with akebono. seems as though japan likes to throw him in there for drawing purposes perhaps. but gracie finished him, as did sapp..so hopefully i'm worrying over nothing, lol
