| Hopkins vs Calzaghe---good read
I do not see B-hop winning this. I think Calzaghe wins by UD. Would not let me copy and paste for some reason sorry ESPN - Hopkins-Calzaghe a fight full of subplots - Boxing

It was a difficult, ugly, yet at times, oddly entertaining fight to watch, and one that Calzaghe clearly won. How anyone could have possibly scored that fight for Hopkins is beyond me, he landed more headbutts than punches and backed up the entire fight.

It was a good fight, I also think Calzaghe won it, i had him winning by 3. Hopkins simply didnt do anything to win the fight, he backed off, he held, missed most shots...simply not good enough to beat Joe on the night. Well done to Joe he deserved it.
HBO and Satanta downloads available in the vids section.

Yeh Joe definitely won, but IMO a Prime young B Hop easily out points Calaghi.

Hopkins in his prime was great, but I really can't stand the guy anymore. All he ever does is complain. Both the Taylor fights, now the Calzaghe fight. I don't think there's any question that Calzaghe beat him.

I have a lot of respect for Hopkins, I just get a little tired of hearing him talk about something like that after every fight. He didn't show Calzaghe any respect that I saw.
