| Wladimir Klitschko vs. Tony Thompson, July 12th.
Tomorrow night, July 12th. Live at 1:30pm on HBO.
Any predictions? Thoughts? I'm just psyched 'cause I've got HBO free for a couple of months, so. Klitschko better show up with something, .

Not a great performance by Klitschko , but he won.
Thompson simply gave up in the later rounds.
I really like Klitschko, and Steward has him boxing at his best. Without Steward
Klitschko would be with the rest of the losers at the heavyweight spot.
Klitschko is a great boxer. His ability to adjust to his opponent is awesome.
We have all seen his stamina get better, I hope his chin follows.......

Gave up? When the hell did he start, hah. And I actually don't think he's a great boxer...Or has great ability to anything. He's got a heavy right, and probably the most annoying-looking jab I've ever seen.
I'm watching Ulises Solis and later on Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. on live, Azteca Boxing. This should have been promoted more than that Klitschko deal.

Wait, are you talking about Wlad because if you are that really makes everyone else at HW a bigger can because Wlad is the best.

Yup.
The division should be called canweights. Or, better (or worse?) still - Jarweights.

wow there are some really good HW's.
Just because Wlad is knocking out pretty much everyone doesn't make them suck.
but i really disagree with you calling him a can. I think Wlad is very good and has what it takes to grab all the belts

The only other fighter I respect in the HW division is James Toney but he's an asshole who's in way to big a division for his natural size. And he's a big fat bastered.
Compared to a prime Lenox Lewis, Riddick Bowe, Holyfield, Tyson, Michael Moorer, a old George Forman, this division is shit.
All of those fighters were fighting at the same time at one time, that was a good time for Boxing, in the early 90s.
The problem is, there isn't any HW Olympians. Most HWs today started Boxing late and were never realy that good. They just had power.
Lenox Lewis, Riddick Bowe, Holyfield, and George Forman were all Gold Medalists and it shows. They dominated! The HW division desperatelyt needs a American Super HW Olympic Gold Medalist to show fans what great Boxing looks like again in the HW division.

Wladimir is good but there isn't too many good heavyweights anymore.
