Hey guys, wrote this up on the back of the Calzaghe vs Jones jr bout. Been out of writing for a good few months now so it will be a tad rough but all comments are welcome!

Nice, sums it all up pretty well, Calzaghe will always be a controversial figure due to the ages of Hopkins and Jones when he beat them and the endless debates therein but there's no doubting he's a good boxer. I'm not sure I want to see him retire just yet, I'm not sure how many people there are left for him to prove anything against but I get the feeling he isn't done yet.

Very true, there is life in the old dog (or not so old...) but I personally would hate to see Joe become a stepping stone for someone like Chad Dawson. I feel like Joe deserves to go out on this high but thats just me!
