| Lennox wants $100,000,000
43-year-old former heavyweight champion Lennox Lewis says he will return for a rematch with Vitali Klitschko if someone coughs up $100 million. "It is not and it has never been about the money," Lewis claimed to the London Independent. "I've had big offers again and again since the first day that I retired and I always say 'No'. It is about respect and the glory. I have nothing to prove."

Goddamn Lennox Lewis sucks. You don't have anything left to prove?! How about that you can beat Vitali without a doctor's stoppage?! In my opinion, Lewis' legacy will always be tarnished by the way he left boxing. What part of getting soundly beaten and behind on all score cards when your last fight is stopped, and then refusing to fight a rematch, exemplifies "respect and glory?"

I agree Jimmy.
Vitali's cut was in a bad spot. I thought Lewis ducked and retired pre-maturely.

Just maybe Lewis feels that he beat Vitali so there is nothing else to prove. He was the one that caused those cuts.
Being scared has nothing to do with it, I mean come on! He's a professional Boxer and one of the best ever. Even Ali has never fought anybody with skill, that had that type of size and strength advantage.

You can't honestly think that after fighting Tua, Rahman, Tyson, Holyfield, Akinwande, Mercer, Bruno, Briggs, Golata and damn near any other fighter with a legit claim to a title fight that he was scared of freaking Vitali who hadn't beaten anyone of note except Larry freaking Donald and Obed Sullivan.
I just don't think he wanted to WORK that hard that late in his career and grind out a tough fight.
