Gatti was an exciting fighter. I'm sure every boxing fan has seen his trilogy with "Irish" Mickey Ward. It's proof that you didn't have to be 'the best' to be a fan favorite. Fights like those you can never have enough of, though they happen so rarely. Of all the fighters I've ever seen, he most resembled Rocky. He'd take alot of punishment while he kept pushing forward to deliver his own punches.
