Yes. There's the Super Six tournament going on now. Other than that, I want to see Peter vs Klitchsko II. The first bout was fun.
It's interesting that this was posted as I was speaking with an old-school boxing fan today and he admitted that he's pretty much done with the sport. He would tune in for Mayweather vs Pacquiao, but no other matchups interest him these days. I suspect that many others are feeling the same way.
Fedor Emelianenko is STILL greatest P4P fighter to ever walk the earth, and in my eyes he will always be the best fighter to ever live. He will be the greatest ever even if he lost his next 20 fights, but that won't happen because he will get revenge on Werdum ands get that Strikeforce Heavyweight Championship and retire and prove it to everyone he is the greatest fighter ever!
They really are two differnt sports requiring a differnt skill base.
Although boxing does need an injection of new blood instead of relying on the same names over the last few years. David Haye is the only one that springs to mind at the moment that has the charisma and talent to get new viewers to teh sweet science but he really needs to accept a fight sometime soon.
not really a fan, i think boxing lost its excitement sometime in the 90's, plus mma>boxing. you should post stuff anyway though bro, its always good to have activity on the forums
