If you are saying that they created the middleweight division for Rich Franklin then you are either very confused or just don't know anything about the UFC.

I think the experience means that Franklyn has fought in numerous title fights, and some big name fights (like shamrock). Thats the only reason why i htink rogan is giving experience edge to franklyn.

i think the experience was more of a main-event level experience. okami's only had one live fight in the ufc and franklin has main evented several times. you can argue all you want about how easy you think he's had it, but the fact is he's had many more high profile fights than okami. not to say he's fought better guys or beaten better guys because i'd put them at about the same for that.

i still think franklin is going to win though. it should be interesting to see franklin fight a guy that's close to his strength though. he's been significantly stronger than pretty much all of his opponents as has okami, so unless franklin KOs him early, it'll be interesting.

I have to disagree here man, please explain how rich was 'Handed' the title? He beat at the time a very tough evan tanner, and not only beat him destroyed him.

Its funny how so many champions/fighters were 'fed' fights through out their careers its crazy, this isnt boxing were you can set up a fight based on Kos and records, everyone knows MMA math doesnt work you have debutees beating Jens Pulver and Keith Jardine, to practically no names dismantling top fighters in the world.

No one in MMA was 'fed' or 'babied'. Not Rich, Chuck, Hughes or even TITO!!, they all fought the best the UFC had to offer and you cant argue they didnt
