ferris0913 will become famous soon enough

Default Rogan calling Okami inexperienced?

I don't know who has seen it, but I just watched the UFC:72 Victory preview and Rogan gave the experience edge to Franklin. Last time I checked they both have over 20 professional fights. And Rogan went out of his way to say Franklin has fought Anderson Silva(the obvious loss). But Okami fougt Silva(granted it was a win via DQ for Okami).

I just think Rogan may be slighting Okami's experience.

Anyone else seen the preview?

I don't think he was calling him inexperienced. He just said he believes Franklin has more expierience than Okami. It's an opinion.

I think the experience is a toss up. Yeah Franklin has fought in the UFC longer, but it's not like he was fighting the best guys at 185.

I think both have plenty of experience. I believe that on any given day either of these guys could beat the other, it just depends on if they use their weapons while avoiding the other's. We will have to wait and see who can implement their game plan better. I'm very excited about this fight and I think it is one more step... \/ check the sig.

Well.. they both have 23 fights a piece.. the only experience edge I see Franklin having is that he was in the game for 2 1/2 years longer than Okami.. Maybe Rogan was simply mistaken.. Rogan tends to be pretty accurate.. can't be right 100% of the time... unless you are me.. which you are not...

I dunno, he just said Franklin had experience on his said. Then claimed it was due to the fighters he's fought. That he's been in the cage with better fighters maybe?

Okami being just as dangerous as Franklin doesn't mesh with the ROAD BACK TO THE CHAMPIONSHIP storyline they are selling for Ace.

I'm not sure thats true. Who has Franklin really faced and beat? I mean at least Okami got Anderson down before getting KO'd with that ilegal kick. Franklin looked like a pinata against him.

I wasn't claiming that. Just asking if maybe that was what Rogan meant. I don't think Franklin has fought anyone worth a damn except Anderson. The Middleweight division was made for him and he was basically handed the title.
