in MMA i think easily it goes to Minotauro, he knows how to avoid punches and sink in sleek subs from under. but in overall i gotta go wit Marcelinho, you cant rest for a sec on his guard or u'll either be sweeped or back mounted. that X-Guard its at another level from Royce, ask Renzo who actually competed to defend his name in BJJ and garppling

whats up LA lol finally someone who knows something about grappling. but any way i agree that big nog has shown time and time again how dangerous his guard is in mma.

yeah i watch it and Roger gracie is the best Grappler in the world right now in ADCC...

actually mind you he's not the best grappler, being that in the last meeeting Jacare beat him. so its arguable, and he never beat Monson or got revenge on Einemo. and Arona is still undefeated in ADCC competition. and great grappling doesnt translat into MMA, Jacare actually did not get such a great career in MMA, neither has Traven, Alvarez

did you just read LAs post? because he explained to you why roger is not the best. have a chat with him about adcc and grappling because he know a hell of lot more then me on that subject. he will exlpian why your beloved gracies are not god.
