Did you guys see Royce doing those situps while in the guard? That was one of the gayest things I have ever seen.

i could never say royce has the best guard in mma. defensive guard yes but in no gi mma there are quite a few fighter i would say can do more offensivly from their guards.

Nick Diaz has a good guard as well ,but the best guard IMO is Horns

in the ufc, you have diaz, horn, penn, pe de pano all have great guards. in pride you have busta filho, werdum nog and a bunch of others i cant name right now who all have guards that are dangerous 100% of the time.
