my pick is Dan Henderson... who do you think is better then Dan the man Henderson?

dan is really good.i'd have to choose horn though he'd submitt rich quick or possible ko him with a knee or kick.his legs are powerful just ask griffin.

who ever wins the pride mw gp is #1 if hendo is involved even then i still think filho is hands down the most tallented but if your going by ranking hendo and franklin are tied.

I'd love to see Hendo vs Filho also. I would give Hendo the slight edge over Franklin mainly because I think he is more well rounded. Franklin has the stand up but doesn't have the chin like Dan and and the same wrestling ability. Would be a great match to see between the 2.

My vote is Dan Henderson

Rich Franklin is hands down the best MW in the world right now. He has the most well rounded game at 185 lbs., the most determined fighter and cardio for miles. Cardio is definitely Hendo's weakness, and the fact that too many of his fights end in decision.

well Henderson has faced much better opposition. he has wins over Bustamante, Misaki, Gono, and Chonan recently. not to mention overall has beaten many other great fighters, including Ninja, Babalu and Minotauro. his wrestling is way better and has a dangerous stand up which had him keep up wit Silva
