That's shocking.

I knew Ricco piled on the pounds & went up to 330lbs, but until you see it you don't appreciate it.

Ricco & Frank Mir desperately need to see Billy Rush or someone like him to sort out their diets.

I remember Ricco in his UFC days & I hardly recognised him.

Ricco needs to hire Billy Rush, Ryan Parsons, AND Richard Simmons to get down to prime fighting weight. If you listen to interviews he does lately, he doesn't even seem to be taking fighting serious anymore. So he might need to add Tony Robbins to the aforementioned camp for motivational purposes.
