right now it doesnt seem like its gonna happen
forrest/bonnar2 has been confirmed as the co main event
and on mmaweekly they have sean sherk vs tba at ufc 64
on its rumor page

He's still fighting Kenflo for the title.Kenflo posted this on UG.

Did Kenny say that the LW title match would be at UFC 63 instead?
