Huge IFL Rumor Re: Frank Shamrock!

Brian Ebersole, a fighter who trains with Frank Shamrock at the Shamrock Martial Arts Academy in San Jose, California, is reportedly seeking fighters to fight on an IFL team coached by former UFC Champion Frank Shamrock. Shamrock, who is just four months removed from his first round KO of Cesar Gracie in Strike Force, has assigned Ebersole to be the middleweight starter of the team and to scout and recruit other fighters for the lightweight, welterweight, light-heavyweight, and heavyweight divisions.

This probably still allows Frank Shamrock to be a coach of an IFL team and still fight in a future main event in Strike Force. For example, Bas Rutten is the IFL coach for the Anacondas but will be fighting in the WFA on card this Friday.

Brian Ebersole is the only fighter officially on the team so far. He's been on the UG recruiting pro fighters to join the team. He said he has a few fighters but won't release who they are until it becomes official.

Didn't know that, that's the first I've heard of it. I don't browse through The UG or Sherdog anymore. Only Sherdog threads I read are anything that catches my eye when checking their main site for their video interviews. I only read The UG when I'm completely bored as shit, which unfortunately lately I've been way too busy to enjoy the life of laziness.
