What form of martial arts Reigns Surpreme

I dont have a clue on this one.. i dont think i could pick just one..

LA Suxs 05-26-2006 12:17 AM

i'm going wit wrestling. BJJ and kickboxing/boxing

GracieAlumni 05-26-2006 12:19 AM

no Mauy Thai?

Kass101 05-26-2006 12:20 AM

if your going for one single martial art againts another then combat sambo easily wins because it combines a few martial arts so i guess its cheating. but standing muay thai and on the ground bjj.

GracieAlumni 05-26-2006 12:22 AM

How come you never see guys doing Nin Jujitzu anymore?

LA Suxs 05-26-2006 12:22 AM

muay thai is good, but i mainly went wit wat i know. but mauy thai can be replaced wit good boxing or kickboxing so as long as you got something for your takedowns; wrestling or Judo, something for submissions: BJJ, Sambo or shoot wrestling, and striking; kickboxing, boxing or muay thai you can become a very solid fighter

Kass101 05-26-2006 12:22 AM

thats the thing you need to have both standup and ground skills or your fucked either way.

I personally Train BJJ Muay Thai and Shadow Boxing... with a strong wrestling background..

LA Suxs 05-26-2006 12:31 AM

ninjitsu is very useless and has too many flaws for actual fighting. i beleive most of the art is in the element of surprise which dont expect when the guy is looking dead at you across the ring/cage

GracieAlumni 05-26-2006 12:33 AM

the only reason i was asking this was because i used to own one of the first UFC games for PS and it had Nin as one of its forms of training...
