i told him a one on one debate though. i don't care, doesn't matter to me, either way i'll be thrashing this guy whether you join me or not.

i have always and will remain a boxing fan. That being said this guys is an absolute tard. My whole family trains at a MMA school. Well me, my wife and our son, daughter not interested (yet). I pay 250 a month and the school is always busy with new students and a core of "veteran" students. Him thinking that it won't make money is ludicrous. It is just like joining any other gym except you learn to defend yourself while getting in shape. Cruz you had best school this knuckle head or I will be eternally disappointed in you. MMA is better than boxing is much more of a thinking man's sport in the fact that you need to learn several disciplines to be successful.

Perhaps the research could be shared? That way it would still be 1 on 1, but you would have two people's facts to bash him with. I do think 2 on 1 may give the impression of an 'unfair fight' to boxing listeners.

A phone in for questions is a great idea. Will be 230am here so I'm sure my sleep deprived mind could hallucinate up a great question or two lol

And I'm with Git on this - go back to a 2pm start, I'm bollocksed if I'm staying up to listen to this show at 2:30am on a Friday morning!!!!

This idiot seriously must have just watched, or heard about, the last 2 PPVs for UFC. And the fucking moron calls it a "UFC gym" way to do your homework dickless. its called MMA. Thats like calling the sport of baseball MLB. He bitches about hype in UFC? I dont see MMA fighters brawling in weighins, rapping as they come to the cage or biting someones fucking ear off. Boxing is the new WWE, not UFC. By far tho is this douche bags comment how boxing is better because of its worldwide roots in many countries. Is he serious. You have fighters from all over the world in UFC, all blending elements of martial arts from different corners of the world. You cant get a more worldly rooted sport. In closing....what a fuck.

i will be doing my best to not make it that being that i love both sports. i really don't see this being too difficult and if i get owned on two sports that i love and know inside and out i'll quit the show and everything else and go back to just being a forum poster....i mean that.
