Default Don Frye on drugs after WHICH fight?
On Beatdown Radio they interviewed Don Frye. Don said he "pulled a Mark Kerr" referring to getting hooked on pain killers. He mentioned that he was prescribed (and then got hooked on) these drugs after a particular fight.

Does anybody have a copy of Beatdown or happen to remember which fight it was?

I'm pretty sure there's a lot more guys that won't admit to it, that goes for all sports.

But i wanted to say, i don't know why but i really like that avatar. lol

If I had to guess, I would say it was the shamrock fight because Shamrock had to have broken Frye's akle in that fight.

I think your right, he said it was after a fight wgere he got injured...


P.S. I click on MMA News Forums > MMA Forums > General MMA Forum and go through 3 pages of posts... I cant find this one! Am I not looking hard enough? I have subscribed to it but can't find it through^^^

I think your right, he said it was after a significant injury.

ALSO, I go to MMA News Forums > MMA Forums > General MMA Forum and I go through three pages of posts and still can't find THIS post. Am I not looking hard enough or is there something I'm missing?

He got eye gouged and everything else in the book in that fight leading to the dq. That was Yvel at his best.
