Default Pride vs UFC HW possibilities
I would love to see a deal with heavyweights in Pride vs UFC so even if UFC does have a weak divison it can have some exciting matches. With Silva coming to fight chuck and fujita and baroni also it may be possible. Realistically though what do you think would be some good match ups? Here are a few I would like to see:
Andrei Arlovski vs Sergei Kharitonov 2 very talented guys that are about the same size and not afraid to strike
Andrei Arlovski vs Crocop see above
Tim Sylvia vs Aleks Emelianenko 2 very large men that like to throw hands
Jeff Monson vs Josh Barnett 2 really good grapplers, could get boring but if you like grappling it would be a classic
Brandon Vera vs Mark Hunt lets see how good a stiker this kid really is
Pe Da Pano Cruz vs Werdum 2 great bjj guys, also could get boring but another ground lovers dream
I could nto realistically think of anyone to give a challenging fight to Fedor or Big Nog
What are some that you guys would like to see?

I think Hunt vs. Sylvia would be classic because neither of the two really like the ground.

Hunt by KO in about 3:30 of first round.

If Vera is staying at HW I would love to see him fight CroCop... although I think that it would result in a highlight reel KO for Mirko

definitely. vera's the next big thing in the UFC hw div, but he has yet to prove himself against some real competition in UFC. once he does that, THEN he can take on some big pride names
