Whilst I agree that Henderson is beatable (not currently by Swick though imo), I fail to see how your examples are relevant. Both Nogs are far bigger & stronger than Henderson and are submission specialists.

Even if Henderson was as strong as the Nogs when he fought them, getting sub'd by those two is not evidence that Swick would beat him imo.

Actually, forget the 'imo' - that paragraph is a fact.

that was pretty funny.This reminds me of the script things on the www.mmanews.com website theirs this guy anonymous who once said that Leben could drop down and destroy GSP and that Hughes would have to watch his back(This was before Leben's loss to Silva).The Funny thing about it was that guy was serious.

I'll admit the last two guillotine wins by swick have been impressive, but guys like tanner, silva, hendo, crow, and ace are not going to leave themselves open for a guillotine. wait, i mean swickotine.

bottom line: i like swick but if he fights silva or ace he's gonna get knocked the swick out.

We have to wait and see what he does with Loiseau before we can begin to mention Mike Swick in the same breath of company as him, Franklin, Henderson, Tanner, Lindland, Marquardt, Silva, and Bustamante. Like I said before, this particular fight is going to go to whoever is hungriest, and I think Swick might be a little hungrier. However, that doesn't mean he's going to eat Loiseau alive; Crow is simply too experienced, too talented, and has a lot more too lose to simply roll over. Either way, it's gonna be a good, close fight, and I think the loser might not have anything to hang his head about. Prediction: Swick by decision.

Someone already kind of said this, but right now Swick is the next Leben. People think he is a real contender, but lets be honest the way the MW divison is in the UFC he isnt one. I don't see Swick even coming close to beating The Crow, Silva, Tanner, none the less Franklin (who is arugably the best P4P fighter the UFC has). His only big win has been against Riggs. IMO if they had a rematch today Riggs would beat him. Swick just caught Riggs being sloppy, but you know thats all part of the game. Swick is good, dont get me wrong, but he isnt an grade A fighter yet.

He is getting better with submissions. He could get that guillotine choke off very quickly and has those quick hands. Imagine him learning other submissions and using it quickly, he'll be almost unstoppable. Well, Rich Franklin is the only fighter at 185 that i think is better. Swick would beat Dan Henderson
