Now, now. Bas beat Frank Shamrock x2, Maurice Smith x2, Guy Mezger, Kevin Randleman, TK all in their prime. The Randleman and TK wins weren't all that impressive, but big wins at the time nonetheless. I don't think Bas is the greatest of all time, but you shouldn't diminish what he's done.

Toss up between Sakuraba & Frank Shamrock.

Saku cos he pretty much single handidly carried Pride for their first few years & never backed out of a fight.

Frank cos he's the total package. Crying shame he went out of the game for so long.

Frank Shamrock is someone you can say he beat ,but Shamrock was much undersized compared to Bas and it was only by split decision and a cut. Maurice Smith has done absolutely nothing except upset Mark Coleman. He has a record of 9-9 and was a one dimensional kick boxer who Bas was able to knee bar-not that impressive.Guy was never one of the best.Mid card fighter with a couple of impressive upsets(Tito and Semmy Schilt).Kevin Randleman has a record of 16-11 it's still of kind of a successful accomplishment ,but nothing to be considered one of the best and TK is an accomplishment ,but that's still pushing it considering his record is 19 - 11 - 1.

Alright he may have had a few impressive victories ,but nothing overly amazing and definitely nothing to be considered one of the best.He makes a come back against a no body wanna be pro wrestler and now everyone's acting like he's the greatest of all time and would stand a Chance against Chuck,Randy,Wand, etc. it's ridiculous.Bas=OVER RATED!!!

Thats probably not true. Randy wouldve gotten his ass beat down. So you think Randy is such a great accomp. His first fight with Chuck was in his prime after that he was just lookn to old. At that time Wand wasnt beatn in a Pride ring, and the list goes on of the caliber of fighters he was facen.

Arguments that use the logic "Fighter A would kick Fighter B's ass" with no reasoning behind it should be outlawed.
