what other two guys???? it was only myself and seth. and half the time i was trying to stop seth from arguing so i could make my points. i couldn't put him away?! lol the article clearly makes it known that he was talking about mma not JUST ufc and used the reference wrong. i made him/you look like an ass with very little effort because him/you did it on his own. you're definately him because all you post in this forum is about this debate, stop trolling and just admit it so you can come out and defend yourself AGAIN when everyone rips you apart after hearing this. lol

regardless of the sport anytime you get someone that is basically ignorant of relevant facts, and completely biased they will make themselves and whatever they are defending look bad. I think that is what this guy did. Even though i haven't read or listened to the show yet.

The first sentence of his article: "Well, it’s official: the UFC is now a mainstream sport in America." UFC isnt a sport. MMA is the sport (And there's more than one MMA organization in North America). Whether the writer even knew enough to realize that he referred to MMA in his opening sentence is arguable...but regardless, he referred to MMA.

Cruz your right, I just heard about 5 minutes but could tell in 1 minutes he knew nothing about the world of MMA.
So when he said MMA doesn't have fighters from all over the world you got him on that, when he said there aren't many fighters and organizations you pointed out that in the U.S. there are alot of new promotions like WFA,IFL.,Strikeforce.

I know a lot about boxing I have followed it as a young kid watching matches like Leonard vs Hagler, also watching early 1900's matches of jack Johnson, James Jeffries, Tommy burns.
I was a big fan of Hopkins and De La Hoya, but I can now say boxing is DEAD..

What’s wrong with boxing the corruption too many fighters, divisions, championships, there is no structure.

At one time the I knew the undisputed heavy weight champion of boxing was now I couldn’t tell you who one of the four world champions are and who is the recognized champ.

There is a belt for every 5 pounds in boxing and times that by each organization 4 the last time I cared WBF WBO, WBC, IBF and what counts The Boxer Ring magazines champion.

And one more thing mike Tyson could never become a MMA fighter you have to be intelligent to be in MMA not just throwing punches, any idiot can do that Leon Spinks.
