I'm hopin that they will get some awesome ratings so maybe they'll see that MMA is a viable sport with a growing audience. Then, hopefully they will keep airing shit for free with less editing or show more fights.

I doubt it will get awesome ratings. It's on FSN which isn't carried by all cable providors. Also alot of people don't watch FSN or Pride anyway. Alot of the hardcore fans will be watching though.

I hear ya about the whole cable system thing. But I'm working on recruiting fans in the workplace out here. Lots of people like fighting or watching boxing/kickboxing, and if it's free, than it shouldn't be hard to get them to turn it on. And we should all start harassing those fuckers at ESPN to quit showing fucking poker!

Well, harass might be a bit strong, but you know what I mean.

It's not a replay. It's the quarter-finals of the Bushido WWGP and undercard. It's gonna air 1st run on FSN. They bought the rights to air it after Pride lost it's contract with Fuji TV. It will be on next day delay as it will be live in Japan on August 26th and air in in the US on August 27th. It will be edited down to 2 hours so we will not get to see all the fights unfortunately. Hopefully Boone or someone else will post the un-aired fights on the forum.

I'm actually looking forward to some of the undercard fights. They have some top up and coming fighters on there. But I am sure they will show the 4 WWGP fights and maybe 1 or 2 other fights. Most likely the Gomi fight(depending on opponent) and the Butterbean vs Minowa fight(for the US audience).
