No he isnt. His style is wrestling/submission. Watch some of his fights again as he doesnt simply GNP. I'm certainly not a big fan of his, but I couldnt say with a straight face that he doesnt go for submission.

How many times has he ended a fight with a submission? I can't think of any off hand without checking fight finder.

ill take diego, even though karo is excellent with subs, diego by ground and pound. it will be a lot like the diaz vs. diego fight. and who really thinks that karo stands a chance aginst gsp this time around, the first match it was clear that gsp was better. karo is good, but he isnt on diego or gsp's level or hughe's eaiter. if he really tried karo might be able to cut to lightweight, he isnt that cut and i dont think he weight lifts. most all of the fighters in the lhw, middleweigh, welterweight, and lightweight devision r really cut, but karo is not one of them.

5 times out of 15 fights(if only counting "pure" subs and not striking subs). And that doesnt include two subs on season one of TUF. His record is listed as 15 wins, 8 by sub, 4 (t)kos, and 3 decisions.

Im going to go out on a limb here and pick Sanchez in an upset.

I am really interested to see how Karo gameplans this fight. Diego is a fish out of water on his feet, so does he try and keep it standing or does test his throws/ subs against Diego's ground game. Diego may not have the slickest submissions but he is really good at ground control and seems to avoid submissions well.

I am thinking upset... Diego by decision. (although i can't stand that dude)

RNC would be a rear naked choke. I'll take Karo, but it should be a great fight.

Someone posted earlier that Karo's not very cut, this is the case but it could just be the way his body is, for some people it is nearly immpossible to get cut. Look at Horn, I can't recall him ever looking cut, but I wouldn't fuck with him. My point is just because he's not cut doesn't mean he could easily cut down to lw. Although that would be interesting to see.
