I have to agree with Killer on this one. And no shit alvin of course if they pulled the two headliners the card goes way down. That pretty much goes for every ppv. And personally I am totally geeked that they are having diego v parysian on the UFN i hope they continue to put high quality fights on free tv. Any one who doesn't needs their head examined.

Alvin do you want shitty fights on the UFN and then pay 40 bucks for quality fights?

when dana was awarding it all he kept saying was that 'if chuck gets through babalu' so i doubt theyd have it on that card. ninjashogunrua said it well and i completely agree.

If Babalu does beat Chuck, I hope they don't rematch soon actually. That would set up a fresh matchup in Babulu vs. Tito somewhere down the line, with Chuck co-headlining the same card against someone. But that's just the best possible scenario should Babalu pull off the upset....and believe me, he is the considerable underdog here. I dunno, though, I've always liked spoilers. Makes things interesting. I think they should have scheduled Evan Tanner onto this card regardless. He's definitely featured card worthy.

Who said anything about shitty fights?????

My point was if your struggling to build a decent main card for UFC 62 why put the 3 & 4 ranked WW fighters (final eliminator?) together on free show.

We're less than 3 weeks from UFC 62 & they still don't have an opponent scheduled for Okami!

Also taking your point about removing the two main fights from any card it would be go way down. That's a gimmee, but at least on UFC60 you had 2 of the next contenders in the HW division fighting & some decent LW contender matches. What have you got on the support card for 62?

Oh & just to rub it in, I don't pay for any UFC cards. It's all free over here!

UFC 62 isn't a bad card. The whole card hasn't evem been confirmed yet.It wasn't the UFC's fault that Terrell got "sick"it wasn't their fault Spencer Fisher got injured,it wasn't their fault that Kenflo needed more time to train. It's still a good card though.Look at the good things on the card.Bonnar vs. Steffan and Chuck vs. Babalu.Hermes Franca,Neer, and Kongo are also on the card.It looks decent to me and I'll look forward to watching it.

Erm, sorry I'm a bit confused.

I assume you mean UFC62 (UFC 61 was Tito Vs Shamrock) & Griffin Vs Bonnar, but is Hermes Franca fighting again at 62?

I know Kongo & Neer are on the card again, but I can't see Franca on their official card.

But I'm sorry I just can't get excited about seeing Cory Walmsley Vs. David Heath fighting on the UFC flagship show.

Yeah I meant 62 my bad.

Francas on the card here's an article from http://www.sherdog.com/news/news.asp?n_id=5212

Cory Walmsley and David heath are going to be on the undercard. You have to make your starts somewhere.Have you ever seen either of them fight? If not than you shouldn't judge so quickly they could be good exciting young athletes.

I'll give you 3 reasons Babalu gets a shot. Shogun, Prangley, and Horn. He beat them all in 1 night! Chuck will knock his ass out again though!
