i had been hoping he would drop down to 155 again for a match, especially because of all the talk of Penn/Pulver II coming up

people who don't even watch MMA will flip through and catch this, and MMA's popularity will go up even more. i mean, when's the last time boxing put on one of their best draws, and one of the hardcore fan favorites on a free card?

Sigh.....OK for anyone out there who, hand on heart, thought I meant Frank Shamrock, sorry I meant Ken Shamrock.

And when I say it's free, I mean it's not on pay per view. You will still need to pay for the electricty to power your television & cable.
