Brandon Vera vs. Frank Mir In UFC In November?
According to the official website of up-and-coming UFC Heavyweight contender Brandon "The Truth" Vera (brandonvera.com), he will be making his octagon return at the upcoming August 26th event dubbed UFC 62 "Liddell vs. Sobral", which of course features the main event of Chuck Liddell vs. Renato "Babalu" Sobral II and the semi-main of Forrest Griffin vs. Stephan Bonnar II.
Vera will have quite the interesting opposition facing him across the octagon, as former UFC Heavyweight champion Frank Mir continues his comeback from a motorcycle injury that cost him his belt when he steps into the cage on August 26th to fight Brandon Vera.
Vera's website simply stated the following:

Brandon Vera vs. Frank Mir (former UFC Heavy Weight Champion)
We await official confirmation. UPDATE: We have received word from an anonymous source that while the Vera-Mir bout is scheduled for an upcoming UFC event, it's doubtful it will take place at UFC 62 as Vera's website mentions. According to our source, the fight is scheduled for November - meaning it could be and likely is planned as part of the UFC 64 card on 11/18 from Las Vegas, Nevada.

why are they waiting so long for this fight....put it on 63 or even 64
why wait months and put it on 65....if you have him fight mir at 63 you can then ahve him fight arlovski at 65

I'm sure they don't want to see "Fatboy" Mir again. I would rather wait and actually have a good fight where a former UFC champion didn't get embarassed horribly (again).
