Well it looks like the Tito stans are just as disrespectful as he is, no wonder they like him so much.

I still like Tito, regardless of what anyone else says about him. A big part of that was because he was ground n pounder, which is what I like, but also, he was the first Latino guy I saw in MMA who was a real standout. And there in lies the fact why I'm a fan. I tend to like all the Latino, or local, fighters. Except Fernando Vargas.

sheesh the only threads that bash a fighter in this forum are bashing Tito. if you guys are gunna bash someone, why not bash someone who truly sucks like Elvis Sinosic (killerinstinct loves to mention this guy), or Brad Imes, or or someone else who can't win worth a damn...LOL

All of you Tito haters are a fucking joke. How much time do you spend training with him??? Or maybe you hang out in the same bar as he does (well prob not cause most tito haters are still in highschool or at least they act like it) Either way unless you spend time with or around him you have no idea what he is like. Shit in the heat of battle most people are disrespectful. You alls problem is he bashed your favorite fighters at the time when he was dominating everyone. So you just can't let it go. Hell i am not even a fan of his just like i am not a fan of Randy Couture because i don't particularly like GnP. I still respect both of the guys and don't talk shit about people who i know can kick my ass. I can basically garuntee that if you were in the same bar,gym grocery store whatever and Tito was there you would do one of two things ask for an autograph or run and hide because if you did talk shit to him he would beat you senseless.

whoa there buddy, first off i started the thread asking whether it was a good business decision for tito to fight Ken a third time on free tv. I did not intend for this to become a war between the Tito fans and Tito haters. That being said the whole dont say anything bad about someone who can kick you ass, dont fly with me. Maybe it was that why back in 3rd grade but now that we are "Grown Up" there are things calls Assault Charges and guns. So no there would be no running and hiding. The main problem that most people up here have with Tito are his apparent lack of respect for opposing fight and the sport. And who's favorite fighter did he bash exactly?

First nothing was directed towards you because all you said is you were not a fan of his. there are fighters i am not a fan of (Tito is one) but just because someone is not a fan doesn't give you the right to bash him. What exactly has he done that 50 other fighters haven't done? I don't see anyone hating on Bisping and there is video of him standing over someone he beat flipping them the bird talking more shit. As far as a business decision this is a great business decision for him because he is giving the fans what they want and he will gain more popularity and become more of a marketable commodity.

And i would be willing to bet that noone on this forum that says he ducks fights and is a bitch and pussy or anything else they call him would say it within earshot. because verbal assault is a chargeable offense and if he kicked someone's ass for it could prob get away from any charges. But they know he pound on them so they would ask for an autograph and be as polite as a choir boy in church.

i agree that Tito is kind of hated by a lot of MMA fans, but it's his personality, either love it or hate it, thats how it comes down to it.

i do agree that nobody would call out a professional fighter within earshot lol, sounds like simple common sense. and even people who don't particularly like him would ask for his autograph too.
