Oscar is probably the best boxer of the 90's and argueably the best boxer in the last 50 years. There is no bigger draw in boxing and he always shows up to fight. He has fought the best every chance he has gotten. Him being robbed of the mosley and trinidad fights made up for a couple of his questionable wins most recently the Sturm fight. | Mosley wouldnt fight PBF, his wife takes care of all his fight arrangements and said No to a PBF fight and of course Mosley listens to his wife.. im sure hes gonna fight him eventually though. According to PBF, Oscar is backing down from him usin' his dad as an excuse.. we'll see what happens though. Cory Spinks is fighting PBF in November.

Exactly, PBF is trying to pick his fights. He is seriously ducking Margarito and Balsomir who have both asked for fights. I thought Mosley was in the golden boy promotions? Wouldn't they be picking his fights I thought they were managing him. And DLH has basically earned the right to fight whoever whenever. I find it hard to believe that Oscar is ducking PBF. I think PBF probably wins that fight but Oscar has fought everyone that wanted a shot.

But yea, Shane Mosley's wife decides who he fights or not, ive heard about PBF ducking margarito.

Certainly i take what she says into consideration being as she controls the pussy but DAMN! I wouldn't feel like a man if I had to ask permission to golf or go to work or whatever.
But Yeah margarito v PBF is def one i would buy if it happened. I thought he talked it over with floyd senior and they decided it would be ok to fight. But regardless if PBF fought Oscar of Margarito I would buy it. Not so interested to see him fight mosley or spinks.

Im interested to see him fight Mosley, I think Mosley can beat him.. If Spinks beats him ill be shocked but ill still be cheerin for Cory cuz I dont like PBF at all.. I think hes P4P the best boxer out right now but I do not like him one bit, he called Mosley a warm-up match to Oscar which IMO is BS, 2nd fight being questionable or not.. Mosley beat Oscar twice.. if you ask me it should be Oscar fighting PBF and then Mosley.

PBF is prob the best P4P but his attitude and demeanor just irritate the hell out of me. I mean I don't think he has accomplished enough to talk any kind of shit to either Mosley or DLH. Think about it he won his title from Gatti. Gatti is one of my favorite boxers of all time but he is not the most skilled fighter ever to be champ. He is a brawler that matches up well with some but will always get beat by technically superior fighters.
I agree that it should be Oscar then Mosley and I would love to see PBF lose to both but don't think it would happen. Oscars best chance is the left hook. That will drop anyone 154 or under if he connects. His left hook is one of the prettiest punches in boxing. I don't know if Mosley has the knock out power to KO PBF. It would take a lot of body punhes and basically a punishing first 8-10 rounds to set up the upset.

It is pretty funny how this Tito thread turned into a boxing thread about PBF, Mosley and Oscar. Much better topic and discussion imo.

Alright now with that being said. I think him accepting a 3rd shamrock fight is a huge mistake on his part. He has absolutely nothing to gain and everything to lose. From a business stand point his contract is backloaded with PPV buys and what not, throught that out the window with a Spike right. He CANNOT do any to shammy aside from murdering him that he hasnt done before. And what happens if the ole timer pulls off a miracle knee/arm bar and wins? Where does tito go from there? Supposedly Tito's in ring persona is just an act and he is a completely different person outside the ring. But to me this just seems like a personal vendatta and Tito just wants to beat Ken up. While alot of u may see this as balls, it may very well be a lack of brains. There is no bigger road block to a Title shot for Tito then if he dropped a third fight to retiring shell of a fighter Shamrock. But hey maybe it does make since now, he wants to wait till Chuck/Wandy arent at the top of the division. But anyways just lemme know what you guys think? personnally i think its kinda nice of him giving shammy another crack but business wise this could wind up being a disaster for tito. | I don't think it a block in the road to a title shot, Tito says himself he loves having fights, keeps him training and in shape, So It's a good move to take a fight before your tite shot. then your in the mind set of fighting and your not rusty. His title fight with Liddel is eyed for feb. 2007 if Silva/liddel can't happen then Tito steps in for his title shot then. So I think for Tito to take this fight is good, so he wont be rusty and will be ready to fight. Thats just MP tho.
