I used to pray PBF would take a beating every fight where I thought it was possible, especially when he fought Diego. But when you watch Mayweather fight other proven top notch fighters, he's on a different level than they are. At this point i'm resigined to knowing that he is the best pound for pound and there will be a new flavor of the month who comes along, and PBF will knock him around abit like usual. What's even more impressive is the way he holds back to make fights look competitive. That fight with Judah. I mean c'mon, it looked like he was half fighting for the first 5 rounds, and then as soon as he turned it on, Super Zab looked like a second rate fighter, which he is not. Mayweather is another one of those polarizing atheletes, but this one is the absolute real deal. Until age catches up with him and he loses some of both his speed and power, I very much doubt he will "duck" anyone. at this point it's all about money and notoriety for him. He takes fights he thinks will give him the most. That's why he would love for the De La Hoya fight to happen. I'm a De La Hoya fan, and while this would be such a huge super fight event, i'm kind of hoping De La Hoya doesn't take this fight. If Hopkins dropped him with a body punch, imagine what Pretty Boy will do to him.
