| Why Royce why?
It pained me to watch Royce vs. Hughes in what I considered the worst mismatch in MMA history. The Gracie family made MMA what it is today -- and for that they have my eternal gratitude and respect, but please ..... why does Royce want a rematch with Hughes?? I'm cringing just thinking about the slaughter.

This is just my guess but I would say it's just about his pride and to see if it was that he had an off night or if he truly can't beat Hughes. A lot of fighters are like that. I actually have to respect the guy for that.

after the fight i know he said he isn't done with MMA, but i don't know if he called out hughes for a rematch, and if he did it is a grave mistake and i don't think anyone would be interested in it since it was such a one-sided match

It was obvious to me in the first minute of the match that Hughes was just to overwhelming for Gracie. There are only two reason's i can think of why Gracie would ask for a rematch. One, the pride of his family. And two, he's trying to get another million dollar payday.

| Maybe Gracie had an off night
I would like to see a rematch. I still have faith that Gracie is able to beat Hughes. You never know, if it went to the ground again?

well once GSP takes the belt off hughes in sept he's gonna need some fights to get back in contention so he might as well fight gracie again |

Who knows if he can get Hughes in guard this time maybe it'll be a different fight?I'm not saying he'd win ,but maybe he'd put up a better performance.
