Royce is already well on the way to screwing up his legacy with his recent interview imo and, as obvious an analogy as it is, he will be the next Ken Shamrock if he keeps going much longer.
I'm praying this fight doesn't happen.
git. | lol if u were a royce gracie fan u wouldnt want the rematch, he will get killed again. he was excellent for his time, BUT CANNOT EVEN COME CLOSE TO COMPETEING WITH THE MORDERN TOP FIGHTERS.

if ken and royce fought, ken would waste him. in their last fight called a draw everybody agrees that ken would have won if there were judges and ken has been more active in mma then royce has. royce best in early ufc, but is a thing of the past. he shouldnt have fought at ufc 60 to prove everybody who thought that he couldnt hang with the mordern top dogs today in the ufc right.

Nothing wrong with a rematch, I just think Royce should step down from MMA altogether pretty soon. Of course, every fighter wants to rematch after a loss, but this is the "legendary Gracie"....I think he should step down...GO RYAN GRACIE! the future of the Gracie family.

Did Gracie give any post fight interviews? If so, what was his reaction to the fight? Did he admit Hughes was the better man or did he make excuses?

Whaddya think?? | What is so special about the Abu Dhabi tournaments? I have read a few posts talking about past events, but it doesn;t seem like that would be a hot bed of MMA action.

It's pretty cool, you should search for ADCC or Abu Dhabi Combat Club on a search engine....I don't know the link.

i have no problem with a rematch but hughes might.
royce packed the place and if he is signed my first pick would have him face penn. the contract money was most likely made back already by zuffa-
i just think that the ufc has to put up or shut up with mw`s....
to many good fighters and not enough card spots-

Sure it shows who the best grappler is, but I actually want to see a decent fight. I watched a few minutes of the Tito Ortiz/Matt Hughes Abu Dhabi video and found it to be kind of boring. To purists, I can see how this would interest them, but it is just not as exciting, in my opinion, as a regualr MMA fight.
