Some of the best from UFC & Pride have to be:

Tank Abbot Vs Steve Nelmark at Ultimate Ultimate 96 (UFC)
Brad Kholer Vs Steve Judson at UFC22 1999
Gary Goodridge Vs Paul Herrera UFC8 1996.
Rampage Vs Arona Pride Critical Countdown 2004
Chuck Liddle Vs Guy Mezger Pride14 2001
Wanderlie Silva Vs Rampage Jackson Pride 28 2004.

Others:
Renzo Gracie Vs Oleg Taktarov MARS 1996
Vitor Belfort Vs Jon Hess Superbrawl 1996.
Yes great list, one of my personal favorites is the Gary Goodridge elbows, the first one KO'ed Herrera and the other 7 or 8 were just added bonus. The slow mo replay is really nice.

Quite fitting for Hughes to begin his era of dominance with a knockout...by way of slam.

Hughes actually went out first, that was the whole reasoning for his dropping to the canvas, not to slam, but to sleep. Newton was robbed in that victory. I'm a huge Hughes fan and always have been but newton deserved the belt in that fight.

I'll even throw Burkman v Morgan in there for both.

Burkman slammed Morgan something fierce and KO'ed him....
then managed to slam 7 or 8 elbows in his face before the ref stopped it.

It was really brutal.

Burkman was even a mess afterwards.
