So how will this effect the chances of Brock being in the UFC one day? Is this just a stepping stone on the way to the UFC?

K-1 pays more, plus he is still 20 lbs over UFC HW class weight limit. According to Brock himself, he'll make his debut at the K-1 HERO's event in October.

i think it would have been in Brock's best interest to continue training with Millitech...but at least he'll learn some great submission skills with Royce.

Not to split hairs, but it was a shooting star press. And yes, he landed pretty much squarely on his face. So yeah, if he can handle getting hit in the mush with a wrestling ring, a fist/foot/knee shouldn't be too much of a problem.

I know about his wrestling days I am big wrestling fan,can tell you anything about wwe.
That's not what I mean can he take a shot on the chin repeatedly can he take a puch flush on the chin.
But I think he is better suited in a cage than a ring.
He could be the matt hughes of the HW Division in a cage.
Put matt hughes in a ring different story..I see trouble with brock's career in a ring.
