An aggressive CroCop would immediately become a fan favorite, as would Shogun. It's definitely a PPV I'll order.

Wand vs Cro Cop isn't cancelled, it's back on. Hendo isn't fighting because he'll be fighting in the semi-finals of the WWGP in November after he beats Misaki again.

Hmmm great list. Great publicity for PRIDE, with names like Fedor, Cro Cop, and Shogun...Nastula is looking better/more aggressive too.

I just hope Cro Cop or some other big name doesn't get knocked the fuck out like when Randleman got that hook on him...Cro Cop rematched him though and won...I hope PRIDE keeps on coming to America, so that people will see continuity and rematches like these.

PRIDE is not worried about the scandal or the Fuji TV deal falling through, they have always gotten by with or without TV support.

100,000 maybe in Japan, but it just isnt going to happen in the US anytime soon. MMA just isnt that big yet in the US. The only things that sell 100,000 seats in the US are Football games and Nascar. And MMA is no where near the level of popularity of Football and Nascar. So to think Pride is just gonna show up and sell out just like that is a little far-fetched. I still believe the reason Wandy and Liddell wont happen is because Pride is scared to lose such a big fight on that scale.

I think it is the other way around, if Wandy were to lose, big deal for PRIDE, it is not like Wansy is going to go out there and get KTFO in 30 seconds, it would be a war, I personally don't think Chuck can KO Wandy, Hunt and Cro Cop were unable to , why would Chuck be able to?

But say Chuck did KO WAndy, it would be such a war that the newer UFC fans would have so much respect (well maybe not respect) and liking for Wandy based on his animal like agression and brutal fighting style that PRIDE would gain fans regardless.

Now if Chuck loses that would cause fans to start orderign PRIDE as well and certainly after the first PPV they ordered you would have to assume that some of the UFC fans would start picking their UFC PPV after watching a stacked PRIDE event.

If the fight does happen whoever wins, the org President is going to advertise over and over again that their guy beat that orgs best fighter in that weight division.

Honestly though it seems that UFC has a lot more to lose than PRIDE does.
