everybody knows his wrestling ability, thats a very good point, his submissions will hurt a lot more since he is so strong. he could apply a submission that nobody whould be able to get out of, and when some fighters apply submissions there isnt much strength behind it and the other guy is able to gut it out long enough to get out of it.

Lesnar should do ok, as long as he is serious about MMA and works his ass off during training. If he does that then he will learn a lot and learn quickly. Most pro wrestlers don't get credit for anything since the business is fake. Granted it's not MMA, and it's not real fighting, but your body does go through some very rough stuff that the average person couldn't even put up with. There are various football players and other sports figures that have tried pro wrestling and failed. I've been slammed around in a real ring and it isn't fun. Lesnar should be tough enough from all of his various stints in various sports to be good in MMA, but I guess we will find out in due time.

I think Lesnar has the potential to be a dominate fighter in the future as long as he works with good camps. He already has been linked to the Miletich camp and now Gracie. Lesnar is a MONSTER! Great wrestling ability and lets not forget how fast this guy is for a guy his size! I hope it works out for him

We'll be able to tell once he takes a big punch and gets rocked. How he comes back from that (or doesnt come back) will tell what his MMA future will be.

Cant expect miracles when your going from "as fake as it gets" to "as real as it gets"!

you must be an idiot and have never even seen him. he is an ncaa national champion in freestyle wrestling and the only reaon he diddint go to the olimpics is because he went to pro-wrestling so "he would have a job after college" . his strenth, he lifted the 500 big show onto his shoulders and through him off. his chin, at Wrestlemania XIX he attempted a "shooting star press" from the top rope(witch is best described as a foward backflip) and landed with all 290 lbs of him on his face and continued the match and won. there is no doubt in my mind that in 3 years he WILL be the most dominent man ever in the sport. btw... not well rouened, matt lindland is an olimpic silver medalist who will OPENLY ADMIT that he is a wrestler, not a well rounded fighter, who just expands his wresling(and we have all seen wat he can(and has) done.

Enybody read the pet Peeves thread? Anyway I am not going to say if he will make it or not....I hope he doesn't just because I hate the whole ProWrestling and their fans mixing with my "REAL" sport. That being said Matt Hughes who is relatively smaller than him RNC'd him already at MFS and from what is being said his Sub defence has really sucked so far. So everything else is just conjecture untill we see what he's got WWE=/=MMA just remember that Folks.

Default Wwe-not Real,yea But//////

I think people seem to mix up the terms "fake" and "pre-determined outcome".While WWE is by no means a sport, because you can not have
a sport when the end result is pre determined before the match starts, but
many people forget that these wrestlers for the most part competed in legit
college athletics before entering the "entertainment industry" of pro wrestling, and Lesnar and Kurt Engle are perfect examples, and Engle even
won an Olympic Gold Medal with a broken neck in 1996.They also take their
lumps in the ring, with many of them sidelined with broken bones, torn legimits, etc.,so I think with the right people to train them, and the right mindset with it at least half of these "entertainers" could easily become more then able to adjust to a legit form of fighting.

Brock could easily have gone back to "pro" wrestling if he really wanted to....the fact he didn't run back after his NFL tryouts failed and his stint in Japan really didn't pan out, shows me that he is truley serious about training in MMA.
I hope he does well, and I think in time, he can be a top tier heavyweight.

I was a huge Brock Lesnar fan in his WWE days. I've come to grips with why Brock is no longer in WWE. It's because he was a prick who got his ego brused and wanted out. If it happens again... he'll do it again.
