Like binimac stated it all depends which DL shows up and if he is mentally prepared after that raping by Franklin and I don't buy that DL was at his best in that fihgt, he wasn't trying to mount any offense in that fight. Fighters that will do well against Franklin are aggressive fighters like Lyoto and Anderson Silva though Anderson has the skill to pick Franklin apart much like Franklin picks his opposition apart.
If you try too be a tactician and have the skills of Quarry or DL (though their skills are good, they're not on Franklin's level) you will get fucked up.
I could see Swick putting up a much better fight than DL and Quarry did, at least he would be aggressive and go for the win, very possibly get KO'd but at least if you end up like Quarry or DL be aggressive and see what happens.
