No. And the people who say it was close, I really don't think they were watching the same fight.

I'll justify the decision as well.
He dominated the first round, and then...nothing. Sure he secured a few takedowns, but every time Bisping got right back up and won the battle on the feet. I think it's obvious Hammil is more talented and has A LOT more potential, but he didn't do enough to win. He did NO damage when he had Bisping on the ground. Nothing. Nadda. Now Bisping's punches weren't exactly dominating, but that still is more damaging than whatever Hammil was doing on the ground. I mean how many times did he just LET Bisping get back up? He showed that he could almost take down Bisping at will, but instead just stood there and lost a boxing match in the second and third rounds. Then when he did get a takedown, he wasn't busy at all. No bombs, no elbows, no anything really.
I honestly feel bad for the guy, because he's obviously better, but for some reason didn't feel the need to try to finish the fight on the ground.
This easily could've gone either way imo. Maybe Bisping didn't deserve to win, but neither did Hammil. I wasn't impressed with either fighter.

| no way
to say it was close is complimenting Bisping. There is no way in hell he won. Hamil was screwed and the decision pisses me off

If you want to disagree with me, by all means post why. But go to Sherdog if you just want to insult people. Its a waste of space. | Your logic is so terrible that all you deserved was a joke response.

| Sweet, more 1st grade style arguing. "YOU ARE WRONG SO I'M NOT EVEN GOING TO ARGUE WITH YOU". Very convincing indeed. Its a good thing that we have forums like these so we can have useful conversations like this.
If you feel that my logic is terrible, then you will have no problem pointing out where the logic is flawed. Go for it.

I think KraziKarl summed up the only half logical argument I could possibly see the judges using for that BULLSHIT scoring. I obviously do not agree with them at all, but those turds will run with it till they're blue in the face.
No question Hamill should have done more with his handful of successful takedowns, but it wasn't exactly all lay and pray either. The couple times he let Bisping up were a surprise to me. Was he worried about getting subbed or was he giving his own stand-up that much credit? He definitely did a hell of a lot more damage and controlled the majority of the fight regardless...
Bullshit victory. BULLSHIT.

Hammill was robbed. If anything, there should be a sub-poll on whether or not that first round should've been scored a 10-8, for Hammill. The Count was back peddling so much. Hammill was robbed, robbed, robbed.
