how can you say the card was a dud? aside from the main event the card was one of their better in a long time.

personally i think lister vs sakara was fight of the night just because i got to see dean show how amazing he is on the ground. from the moment it went to the ground he had sakara in trouble. and aside from that we got to see two fighters legitamize themselves in swick and vera. they both beat very good fighters and showed they can live up to the hype. im eating my words by writing this by the way.

it was a great fight card, great mix of fighting.. a lot of the cards have been just a show case of stand up.. this fight brought the martial arts aspect back to the UFC and then some.. great card!

wiman vs fisher had the best back and forth action imo, wiman did very well, shouldn't have taunted.

The person who was criticizing this card obviously didn't order the PPV. IF you watch this PPV and didn't enjoy it then maybe you should watch something other then MMA, since you're obviously not a fan of it.

Fight of the night has to go to Fisher-Wiman most likely. I also thought Sanchez/Alessio was cool, I couldn't believe he had the standing back control for that long. Then Alessio goes to his corner (sporting their sexy MMANews.com t-shirts) and gets advice on how to armbar Sanchez with his own head. That was just cool stuff.

I thought Hughes-Gracie was good too. Royce did better than I thought at first, and I thought they should have let the 15 seconds or so pass and get a second round out of that fight.
