Let Kos fight BJ (although I think he is going to drop and stay at 155) and the winner can't fight Diego for a shot at the Hughes/GSP winner. Kos looked good, but needs to be tested like DIego has then we'll see.

As for kos fighting Penn....Penn was traing the guy a few months ago So I don't think it is going to happen anytime soon. Also I agree with the guy who says Kos is not ready for Diego.

Diego lost the first two rounds of the fight against Karo. The judges were retards! And whoever scored the last round 10-8 for Diego should be shot!!!

Its always one judge who is a total retard. 30-26? What fight was he watching? It was 29-28-diego. As much as i hate diego, he showed alot in that fight. I say give him a title shot next. I can't wait to see hughes or GSP beat the holy hell out of him!

Ok, so it was a great fight, but unless the UFC is going by Pride's judgeing system, Diego lost the fight. The 1st round you hyave to give to Karo, no doubt. The second round was close, but Karo landed more shots and got a few take down. The 3rd as we all know Diego won.

The problems I see in the fight besides the obviouse 30-26 score, which madee no sence at all are as follows. The eye gouge, it looked like it happened, and after the eye gouges Diego threw against Alessio, I can't really say it was an accident. Next, the blatant head butt in round two, and the punch after the bell at the end of round two. Seriously, what's up with that? Did no one else catch those?

The real problem I have is people saying Diego won because he did more damage, ie, Karo looked worse at the end of the fight, and got a tooth knocked out. Ok, so by this logic, because GSP looked worse at the end of his fight with BJ Penn, he lost? Last time I checked he won that fight.

It's really sad when you have a fight as good as this go to a bs decision. It's judged by rounds, just because you win the last minute or so shouldn't give you the whole round. That is what happenes in Pride.

Overall, I'd like to see a new sactioning body for just MMA developed when it comes to judges, boxing judges don't know MMA. If you were pissed about the calls made at FN5, how are you not pissed at this decision? Love him or hate him, Diego lost that fight, any way you look at it.

The Legend is right a very dominant round can score you a 10-8 but it 's very hard to get one. As for fighting the top contenders i actually think Penn is the strongest starter is Bj penn in that division. He did really well first round against Gsp but with incredible heart and stamin gsp came back to win the fight. if Penn works hard on his cardio he would be extremely dangerous. As I said as I was watching it, if Diego beats Karo, than I will give him respect that I haven't up to this point.

I feel that he beat Karo in a tough well fought fight. I was pulling for Karo, but it just wasn't his night. Diego seemed to reverse everything and took his back and mounted him so many times it made Karo look like an amateure at times.

Anyone who is saying Karo won that fight is obviously a Diego hater and can't stand the fact he won. Get over it.

The mounting took place int he 3rd round, we've already established that Diego won that round.

Is that really all of the evidence you have backing your claim that Diego won the fight? Getting the mount a few times in round 3? Can I call you Cecil?

I dont know why everyone is bitching about the score. Diego clearly won in my eyes. I had the score sheet 29-28 my friend had it 30-27. It just seemed to me no matter what Karo did, he couldnt keep Diego down. I could see why the 3rd round was 10-8. Diego beat the hell out of Karo that round, nearly finishing him twice. Diego nearly finished Karo a lot more times then Karo even came close to finishing him. I thought the fight was gonna be over in like 2 minutes the way it started.

Someone brought up a point that destroys any validity of a 10-8 round for Diego. Tito was not awarded a 10-8 round for round 1 of the forrest fight where he gave Forrest 2 black eyes and what looked like a broken nose and Penn was not awarded a 10-8 for the raping in the forst round of GSP.

There's no way it should be a 10-8 if those were not 10-8's and your friend is a Diego fan... Not giving Karo a single round? That's assinine.

Painstik is completely right. Some people hate Diego so much that they are tricking themselves to thinking Karo shoulda won. Diego did crazy damage,weathered the storm after Karo's takedowns, looked much fresher and stronger in the third and pout an exclamation point at the end. There was no 10-8 rounds i agree with that but there it was very clear Diego was the better fighter that night. Period.

Karo did have one ridiculous takedown when he flipped diego but not enough for a win

sanchez got the w so he should stand his ground for a title shot because
of the threat of injury. karo still needs a shot at hughes because he signed on the dotted line. any match is good but kos and leban sure made it known
they will fight anybody last night. dse is coming to town so if i where their front man i would be calling dse and say come devour my fighter and bring your checkbook!
