Quarry is already in his mid 30's and with the bad back I'm not sure he'll fight again. Quarry isn't a world class fighter but I like him since he is a class act and can beat most of the middle range fighters. Just seems like a really humble and down to earth guy.

Leben has improved his submissions. And if Koscheck chooses to standup and fight Leben, he's gonna get knocked out. I think Leben just got unlucky during their fight during TUF 1, plus he had has left hand bleeding a few days before the fight. That was his knockout fist

i think Swick will train very hard for the fight. When the fight happens, i just see Swick getting a quick knockout or submission. I'm saying he will make it look easy when they fight

i have been watching UFC and Pride for the past 5 years and visit Sherdog and know about fighter rankings. I also did see all the TUF seasons. I know that Team Liddell won almost every fight against Team Couture, but i still think the guys from Team Couture are better now

I always hope these guys will always win. And remember, I hate the guys that were on the blue team(Team Liddell) from the 1st season, such as Koscheck, Bobby Southworth or Diego Sanchez, so i will always hope they will lose. The green team is much better. Mike "Quick" Swick is my favorite of them all.

Chris Leben is coming off a KO victory over Jorge Santiago. I'd rank Leben at least in the top 10 MWs. I always thought he was that good. Hopefully KOscheck will step up back to 185 and agree to give Leben a rematch. This time, Leben will knock him the fuck out.

Mike "Quick" Swick is the best of these 4. I already made a thread about him and why i'd rank him #2 at MW, and better than Dan Henderson. He finishes off his opponents so quickly by KOing them with his quick hands or using quick submissions. He's fighting David Loiseau at UFC 63 and he'll get another easy win. This should make MMA sites rank Swick higher.

Nate Quarry is coming off surgery. I said that he's at least competitive with guys like Anderson Silva, Evan Tanner or Jeremy Horn. He'll be back and probably move up the rankings to top 5, and he's getting better.

Stephan Bonnar gets a rematch with Forrest Griffin next week. This time, Stephan Bonnar will win and that should put in in ttop 10 at 205. I also said that if Bonnar got to fight Vanderlei Silva, he'd at least make the fight go the distance. Stephan can keep fighting without getting KOed or submitted.

Yeah dude I like the green team a lot to man but seriously Quarry probably won't even fight anymore,and if he does that injury has to bring his level down.Bonnar has NOT looked impressive.Swick and Leben have looked good though.If you ask me I wish we could turn back the clock and put Leben on chucks team and Koscheck on Randys team.Maybe Bonnar on Chucks team as well.

why would you want Leben on Chuck's team?? I hate the blue team. I would just wished they could do that season all over again with the same guys, and the green team would own the blue team this time

Like I said trade Leben for Koscheck (blue to green) and Bonnar for Southworth.The reason why is because Chuck improved those guys striking immensely and could have maybe done wonders for Leben since they have similar fighting styles.Chuck said in that season "I teach them how to sharpen there strikes...not convert them to mine" or something like that.
Basicly I'm sure Chuck could have worked on some things like straight punching and angles with Leben.
