Team Couture(green team) from TUF season 1
 

i guess i can say now that those top 4 fighters that were originally from the green team of TUF 1 are my favorite MMA fighters now:

Stephan Bonnar
Mike "Quick" Swick
Nate Quarry
Chris Leben

I always hope these guys will always win. And remember, I hate the guys that were on the blue team(Team Liddell) from the 1st season, such as Koscheck, Bobby Southworth or Diego Sanchez, so i will always hope they will lose. The green team is much better. Mike "Quick" Swick is my favorite of them all.

Chris Leben is coming off a KO victory over Jorge Santiago. I'd rank Leben at least in the top 10 MWs. I always thought he was that good. Hopefully KOscheck will step up back to 185 and agree to give Leben a rematch. This time, Leben will knock him the fuck out.

Mike "Quick" Swick is the best of these 4. I already made a thread about him and why i'd rank him #2 at MW, and better than Dan Henderson. He finishes off his opponents so quickly by KOing them with his quick hands or using quick submissions. He's fighting David Loiseau at UFC 63 and he'll get another easy win. This should make MMA sites rank Swick higher.

Nate Quarry is coming off surgery. I said that he's at least competitive with guys like Anderson Silva, Evan Tanner or Jeremy Horn. He'll be back and probably move up the rankings to top 5, and he's getting better.

Stephan Bonnar gets a rematch with Forrest Griffin next week. This time, Stephan Bonnar will win and that should put in in ttop 10 at 205. I also said that if Bonnar got to fight Vanderlei Silva, he'd at least make the fight go the distance. Stephan can keep fighting without getting KOed or submitted.

Chuck Liddell's blue team from season 1 is looking very impressive right now.

Stephan Bonnar will take care of Forrest Griffin this time. I actually thought Bonnar won the first time they fought

Sorry there is no way that would happen, bonnar hasnt gotten much better since then (ie, the rashad evans fight), forrest has gotten much better, he had that split decision loss to Tito, which many thought he may have won...I like bonnar alot, but this fight is gonna be much more one sided this time.

Koschceck defeated Leben on TUF back when Kos wasn't nearly as well rounded as he is today. If Kos could beat Leben back then with just wrestling, then imagine how the fight would go now that Kos is vastly improved in his boxing and submissions. Leben has improved slightly since TUF but not nearly as much as Josh.

You've got to be kidding me. Bonnar would get MURDERED!!! No chance in hell he'd make it out of the first two minutes against Wandy.

I love swick and think hes a great fighter, but you have got to be out of your mind if you think he, or any MW, will ever get an easy win from Loiseau. This will be by far Mikes hardest fight and will have to be able to take some nasty blows to put away the Crow. I def think its a fight he CAN win but by no means would say its gonna be a walk for him.

Quarry is done....., he got his ass kicked by Franklin and he will never recover from that, don't believe the hype he was humiliated

Bonner I was a fan of his but he has done NOTHING in the UFC except look bad. Sure he submitted James Irvin, but a BORING
, ugly win over Sam, a "win" over Keith Jartdine who dominated him, and a horrible showing to Rashad Evans. Forrest is gonna clean up on Bonner at UFC 62!!

first of all bonnar is wack... he has done horrible since his fight with forrest, and forrest has atleast done better to the point were he actually got a big fight!! nate broke his back and rich broke his jaw... hes done for a while! leben was sloppy as fuck last night and it will show when he faces another top tier striker! i say swick is pretty good but untill he fights david at 63 i dont think hes anywhere near top 10 let alone # 2! and please bro stop saying swick is better than hendo.. hes not! bonnar wil get wooped against forrest again no doubt about it!
