you are supposed to earn a shot at the title. gsp has done more then that. im tired of hearing crap about TUF getting title shots. diego couldnt even take down allesio and got outstruk before allesio tried a risky flying knee. the only person who hughes should be fighting is gsp end of story.

Diego a title shot over GSP? lol GSP just beat BJ Penn for the #1 contender spot. Diego needs to beat some top fighters before he gets a title shot. He had an impressive win against Nick Diaz, but his win over Alessio wasn't very impressive at all. Other than that he has beaten mostly cans. GSP is the #2 WW in the world right now and is definitely the most deserving of a title shot.

Royce Gracie has not been a dominant force in MMA in over 10 years, why was he taking on the UFC WW champion?

gsp,penn,karo among others deserve a title shot b4 diego does hell allesio deserves a shot b4 diego as he obviously was robbed by the refs.

allesio wants robbed but his skills according to that fight are much more well rounded then diegos. allesio could have easily won that fight but he decided for god knows what reason to look like he was scared. even with this he could have won but it wasnt a robbery because diego won the third and could have won the second depending on how u look at it. thats not a robbery.

diego gets a shot when he beats karo or penn because gsp is getting the next shot and the winner of the rumored karo penn will be the number one contender for whenever the hughes gsp series gets done because there has to be 2 fights between those guys at least, thats 2 ppv main events. the only way theirs not two fights is if gsp get destroyed.

Ya I can't stand the redneck Hughes and I was disappointed that Royce didn't win, but the fight wasn't fixed.
All I can say is you can't win them all! And I can't stand the guy that thinks there is only 1 style in the entire universe that is superior over all other fighting styles. Soon enough someone is going to come along and beat the F*#$#N S#*T out of Hughes!

I have always liked the Gracie Clan.They are way to prideful to take a fall for anyone.Simple fact was that Hughes was just stronger and younger and well,when your hurt and beaten,you fight with all you have and sometimes you just come up short.Another day in another year and who knows?It maybe your day to shine.

YOU bought into the bogus hype that Gracie would school Hughes. The UFC pumped tons of money into making the hype so that people like YOU would buy into it. YOU are pissed that Hughes won. I am pissed that Hughes won but im not crying about a fix cause I wasnt dumb enough to think Gracie had anymore of a chance but luck due to Hughes overconfidence. YOU dont want to accept that YOU were a fool to believe into the bullshit hype. Grow up, accept it, quit crying, and move on.
