We will see where Chuck stands when he fights Babalu, I think you all give him too much credit and other top contenders not nearly enough credit.

So many people up here saying Tito is in his prime, on what basis do you make this statement? What has he done in the last 2 years thats so impressive the would make you think he is in his prime? I mean i do understand the alot of fighters reach there prime at his age but i dont think that means that ALL fighters do. IMO Tito has already peaked and until he gets back in there with a decent fighter and wins convincingly, I dont see how everyone is just giving him the belt. Also I dont even see how "beating" Forrest via Split and playing kick the can wit Shammy earns him a title shot. I know he will get one because of his name but honestly he hasnt earned it.

you have no clue look at tito now ken was nothing that was just a grudge match look at the vitor match gets his nose broke in the first round comes back wins the round the only mistake he made when he went for the takedown in the 2nd round slips falls in a choke flips over to get out of the choke thats the ONLY reason vitor won that round tito had to give up top postion to get out of that vitor dishes everything he had and tito still ended on top that round droping elbows we all no what happened in the third round!! vitor needed oxygen after the fight , vitor trained 2 weeks for chuck when they fought!! and he did not look beat near as bad as what tito did, look at chucks face every time tito fights he knows that if tito fights titos way it will be a tough fight in there first fight that was the best chuck you will ever see 6 pack he was on that night , chucks time is almost up 38 is not 35 chuck still has the punch but the tank well i just hope he gets buy sobral and if he does fight wandy lights out liddell no way he stands and wins with wanderlei silva bad match up for him!!!

forrest we all know tito was hurt and only trained 3 times a week for that fight thats why he gassed in the first tryed to put him away 100% tito wrecks forrest next time this time the whole fight!! tito gassed and forrest still couldnt win tough guy but just a brawler over rated IMO

I would like to see Tito the champion again, but I will agree Chuck will not hold it after 2007

i thimk the fact that chuck hasent fought in about seven or eight months will give babalu a punchers chance so in my mind chuck might not even get a rematch with tito but say that he did it would prob be a no 1 contenders match for babalu's title

I like Tito, and I think he gets unfairly bashed in here, but.......even after the last Shamrock fight, during the post fight interview, he was pretty non-committal about a rematch with Chuck...he did seem a little evasive about the whole idea.

im not a Tito fan but it's possible for him to be champ. i can picture him defeating liddell in a few years...but it's not likely that it will happen.

he knew chuck is fighting wandy in nov. pluse fans were booing so he he called shammy out he wants to fight on the nov. card but now he has got ken in oct. so im guessing he fights superbowl weekend for the title!!

Tito always looks great against mid-level opponets. Chuck and Randy both kicked his ass

And I feel that Tito has only won 1 in his last three, as I felt that both vitor and forrest should have gotten the win.

Having said this, Tito will be champ again, just not until chuck is steps down, as chuck will always have his #. Tito won't be able to take chuck down especially if randy couldnt really do it the second two fights, and randy is much better at takedowns then tito. Plus tito is a bad striker.
